Our investment-related legal services are primarily focused on legal oversight of property investments made by foreign nationals in Turkey and Dubai.
Following the enactment of legislation in September 2018 granting citizenship and residency rights to foreign investors, Turkey witnessed a surge in international investments. Unfortunately, this increase also led to exploitation by unlicensed property developers and opportunistic agencies, resulting in cases of fraud and misappropriation of assets.
In response to these challenges, our firm established a dedicated legal oversight department to protect foreign investors. We ensure continuous monitoring of each client’s investment journey and verify that all property details comply with legal regulations. Our mission is to safeguard our clients’ investments with the utmost diligence and legal precision.

A significant portion of this activity involves acquiring residency through property purchases and obtaining citizenship through investment in real estate. Additionally, we assist clients in obtaining Turkish residency via study, marriage, entrepreneurship, and tourism – all of which remain popular pathways.
Regarding immigration to the United Kingdom, these services are carried out by immigration advisors who are licensed by IAA.
Since the UK does not offer an investor visa through property acquisition, our London office primarily focuses on two main immigration categories: work and study. All consultations and visa application processes under these categories are handled through our trusted immigration advisors, while Mr. Ghods oversees the operations to ensure compliance and professional standards.
